Aging Aerostructures

Organized by

Spiros Pantelakis

The session will bring together experimental and theoretical-numerical investigations on the mechanical behaviour and structural integrity issues of aged aircraft structures. The Session will refer to both metals and composites and will include scientific areas such as: fatigue, fatigue life prediction, strength degradation, fracture, environmental effects and corrosion, damage tolerance analyses, multi-side damage problems etc.
