   Abstracts shorter or longer than 2 pages will not be accepted.
   Download here, instructions/format for writing the abstract.

- The filename must be unique.

- Please submit your file in two formats, .doc & .pdf, using the same name. (Required both)
   [In case of distortion of one of the files]

- Please submit each abstract ONLY ONE (1) TIME.
(Each abstract must have a unique title).

- WHEN SUBMITING YOUR ABSTRACT THROUGH THE ECF16 WEBSITE,
  YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIMATION EMAIL, WITH ALL THE DATA YOU ENTERED.
  IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL WITHIN 2 HOURS, PLEASE CONTACT THE administrators.

- If the abstract is accepted, the author will be asked to submit the final paper,
also in electronic form.

- Instructions about the final paper submission will be sent with the notification of acceptance
on or before July 31 , 2005.

- The final paper will be due by November 30 , 2005.

- Please type all information in upper and lower case letters.
Exceptions may be made for entries which require all capital letters
(e.g. acronyms such as AFOSR, or company names commonly written as all caps).
